Please arrive on time so we can give your appointment the care and attention it deserves. If you are running late, do let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible.
If you are new to colour with us, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to carry out a colour service without one.
If you have any preferences ahead of your visit — whether you would prefer a quieter appointment, need to work while you are here, or are working to a schedule — you are always welcome to let us know in advance.
