Before your appointment

We aim to give you the best experience, but sometimes with the current climate this may be slightly disrupted however your time in the salon is our priority.

Rest assured our team takes your health and safety seriously. We clean and sanitise all areas and equipment between each client.

Please arrive on time as we want to give you our full attention and give an amazing service. If you happen to be running late, give us a call or message us on WhatsApp. We will always accommodate if we can but we may have other clients booked.

Make sure you have had a patch test 48 hours before a colour appointment if you are a new colour client. We cannot perform a service without one.

 

During your appointment

Enjoy and relax. Your experience really is our top priority, if you need anything please let us know. Ask us about our treatments or other services. We won’t push to upsell.

Enjoy our menu. Most of our items on the menu are complimentary, but you will find a selection of juices and soft drinks from local suppliers. We do serve Prosecco and gin at selected times, just ask your stylist.

We offer “mindful” appointments. We won’t bother you with loads of questions, we keep conversation to a minimum, a chance for you to totally relax and unwind or work. Just pop us an email to let us know beforehand, we can move you to a quiet area of the salon or downstairs if it’s free.
