  • We are situated just a few steps from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line)

  • We don’t have on site parking as we are on the high street, but all the corresponding streets nearby have paid for parking; we do encourage you to travel by public transport when you can as we are right at Tooting Bec Station.

  • If we have room, yes! We usually have room for a friend but at busy times all of our seats may be taken or needed for guests. If that happens there are cute cafes all around us, so it won’t be a big deal. If you really need to know, just give us a call and we should be able to tell you on the day.

  • We follow government guidelines always, most of our stylists will be wearing masks, we do encourage you to wear a mask but we know this isn’t always possible when having hair services done. There will be free hand sanitisers available for everyone.

  • Yes! We spent the last 12 months designing this beautiful new space, so of course we kept wheelchair access in mind. You won’t be able to access the bottom floor, but we have doubled our facilities on both floors so you won’t be missing out on anything!

  • That’s why we insist on consultations. We use this time to work out what you want, if it’s achievable, costs, maintenance etc. If we give you your dream colour and you simply don’t like it then we would need to charge to change it. We do offer our hair promise though, if it’s a fault of ours or it technically isn’t perfect, then we do offer a two week recolour period. With the proper consultation and communication with our stylists rest assured this is a rarity.

  • Yes we are! We welcome any well behaved dogs. Although please note with long appointments, such as colour, keeping a dog in the salon for 3-4 hours may not be the best idea.

  • Deposits protect our business and our stylists. If you simply don’t show up or cancel last minute then we still have to pay our staff. Your deposit is fully refundable if within our cancellation policy timeline.

  • We do not offer refunds on any service. As the service cannot be returned we cannot offer refunds. We do offer a recolour service free of charge.

  • For our existing guests, we offer a free fringe trim service; please note this is for existing fringes and not to cut a new fringe, that would require a cut blow dry appointment. For new clients wanting a fringe trim there is a £15 charge.

  • Yes, we offer points on your services and products which you can redeem against selected services.

  • We accept all major Credit & Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
